Obituary of Thelma (Semmler) VanderMallie

Webster: Wednesday, August 22, 2018, age 94. Predeceased by her husband, Ralph; daughter, Lynn. She leaves her children, Gary (Marlene), Sandy (Robert) Wasson; 3 grandchildren, Ronald VanderMallie, Sherry (Jackie) VanderMallie, Brent (Tereza) Wasson; 3 great-grandchildren, Gavin VanderMallie, Henry and Nolan Wasson; brother, Gordon Semmler; several nieces and nephews.

In 1991, Thelma was named “Woman of the Year” for the town of Webster and was a founding member of the Webster Museum.

Friends may call 11 AM-1 PM, Friday, at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster, where her Funeral Service will follow at 1 PM. Interment at White Haven Memorial Park. Memorials may be directed to the Webster Museum, 18 Lapham Park, Webster, NY 14580.
