Obituary of Lloyd Daniel Spencer

Spencer, Lloyd Daniel Wolcott: Sunday, April 3, 2016, age 65. Born October 9, 1950 at Genesee Hospital, the son of Leon R. Spencer (deceased) and Lois C. Spencer. He also leaves his sister, Lisa (Bradley) Cowan of Webster; son, Daniel Paul Spencer of Wolcott; daughter, Carolyn Spencer of Seattle, WA; step-daughter, April Martin; granddaughter, Sophia Rose Spencer. Lloyd attended Alderson-Broaddus University in Philippi, WV before graduating from Brockport State. He had worked at Xerox Corp. for the last 18 years. He loved his farm on Dutch Street Rd., Woclott and fishing with his father. Later on, he spent many happy hours fishing with his son on Seneca Lake. Lloyd was never without a book he was reading and was well known for his off-beat sense of humor. Friends may call 4-7 Wednesday at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster. Memorial Service 2:00 PM Thursday at Fairport United Methodist Church, 31 West Church St., Fairport. Memorials may be directed to The Nature Conservancy.
