He leaves his sister, Frances (George) Gotcsik; nieces, Leah Gotcsik (Jonathan Karpinos) and Marah Gotcsik; great-nephews, James Henry and Mandalay Gotcsik-Karpinos. Frederick was an Eastman Kodak retiree.
