Obituary of Jack L. Poray

Penfield: Friday, March 16, 2018, age 88. Predeceased by his wife, Jane.  He leaves his daughters, Janice (Larry) Sullivan, Peggy (Dan) Donals; sons, John (Reann) Poray, Bill (Irene) Poray; grandchildren, Joe & Lauren Sullivan, Kelly (Matt) Noyes Rick Kemp, Sara (Matt) Faiello, Mike Donals, John Jr. (Masita) Poray, David (Courtney) Poray, Cassandra (Bryan) Aweh, and Stephanie Poray; great-grandchildren; Jordan, Tyler, Natalie, Natalie, Olivia, Rhys and Noelle; sister, Phyllis Miller; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Jack was proud to work for Wegmans for 29 years. Upon his retirement, for many years he was the primary caregiver for his wife, Jane. Jack dedicated time volunteering for the Fairport Baptist Home and Meals On Wheels. He was a huge fan of sports and enjoyed sharing that enthusiasm with his family.

          Friends may call 2-6 PM, Tuesday at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster where his Funeral Service will follow at 6:00 PM.  Spring interment Lakeview Cemetery, Pultneyville, NY.  Memorials may be directed to Lifetime Care (Hildebrandt Hospice) in his memory.
