Eaves, Leota "Mickey" (Coon)
Webster: Surrounded by her loving family, Mickey died Monday, August 31, 2015, at the age of 84.
Mickey was adored by her large family and numerous friends. She left a lasting mark on those close to her, who will never forget her love, kindness, wisdom, wit, or strong will. A hard worker all of her life, she enjoyed spending her little downtime gardening, baking, and quilting.

After meeting on a blind date, she fell in love with and married Edmund E. Eaves II on September 5 1953 in Rochester, NY. Later in life, she graduated from the Izabella Graham Hart School of Nursing. She worked as a nurse for more than 20 years at Rochester General Hospital.
Mickey leaves her husband of 62 years, Edmund; children, Katie (Jim) Foti, Dr. Edmund (Dr. Marilyn) Eaves, Jeanne (Dan Gunther) Eaves, John (Debbie) Eaves, and Barbara Eaves; grandchildren, Eddie (Nikki) Foti, Emily (Bob Eagan) Foti, Jessica (Dave Weibel) Eaves, Alison (Randall) Stauffer, Abigail Eaves, Tammy Schlegel, Ray (Danielle Petote) Schlegel, Matthew and John Eaves, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Annabella, Gianna and Nicholas Foti; siblings Eugene (Judean) Coon, George Coon, Floyd (Phyllis) Coon, Jr., Robert Coon, and Elizabeth (Milam) Ritchey.
