Obituary of Leonard Lloyd Hasman

Webster: Fri., July 10, 2015, age 83. Predeceased by his wife, Sylvia and 8 siblings; He leaves his 10 children, Leonard (Jacqueline), Carolyn (Thomas) Gorman, Janet (Gerard) Sander, Karen Ruffle, Lawrence, Mary Ellen Clark, Kathleen (Thomas) McEwen, James (Lori), Thomas (Linda) and Diane Wynne; 15 grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Laura, Connor, Thomas, Sean, Zachary, Ryan, Trevor, Collin, Erin, Kristen, Samuel, Abigail and Liam; step-grandchildren, Katrina, Brittany, Jacob and Daniel; step-great-grandson Aiden; nieces and nephews.
Leonard L. Hasman was a veteran of the Korean War and an employee of Eastman Kodak Company for 35 years. He also was co-host of Fun Tours bus trips with his late wife, Sylvia for over 30 years. As co-host, he took trips to Atlantic City, Branson, and Dollywood, in addition to Mississippi Queen boat cruises and monthly trips to Seneca Niagara casino. He loved being outdoors; socializing with neighbors, working in his garden, and washing his car. Leonard also enjoyed frequenting the Webster senior center, especially with his close friend, Bob Baart. He is well known for telling jokes, and sharing stories and pictures about his children and grandchildren.
Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8PM Wed. at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster. Mass of Christian Burial 11:15 AM Thurs. at St. Rita's Church, 1008 Maple Dr., Webster. Interment West Webster Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Veterans of Foreign Wars at: Ridge Webster Post 9483 VFW, 48 South Avenue, Suite F, Webster, NY 14580.
