Webster: Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Predeceased by his brother, James. He leaves his wife, Christine; children, Alisha, Andrew (Kristen), Matthew (fiancée, Hillary Barber) grandchildren, Jack, Brendan & Brody; siblings, Jeanne (Robert Listou) MacKenzie, Marlene Wynne, Joan (David) Marshall, Ann MacKenzie; sister-in-law, Marti MacKenzie; nieces and nephews. George was a US Marine Corps veteran and a retired police officer, serving both LeRoy and Webster Police Departments.
Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 PM Monday at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM Tuesday at Holy Spirit Church, 1355 Hatch Rd. Webster. Private interment at St. Francis Cemetery, LeRoy, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Challenger Mircle Field of Greater Rochester, www.webstermiraclefield.org or Operation Injured Soldier, www.injuredsoldiers.org
