Bigelow, Elmer L. Webster: Friday, March 13, 2015, age 89. Predeceased by his wife, Irene, son, Steven and sister, Doris Halpin. He leaves his children, Stan (Kristine), Larry (Judy English), Nancy (James DeWitt) Reno; grandchildren, Anthony, Jessica, Daniel, Christopher & Dylan; great-grandchildren, Isabelle & Caydenn; brothers, Donald (Veda) & Raymond (Sandra); many nieces & nephews. Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be directed to Canandaigua VA Medical Center.
