Tulley, Arlene Webster: Wed., March 4, 2015, age 91. Predeceased by her husband, Robert; sister, Florice MacCoole; brother, Paul Hooper. She leaves her children, Barry Tulley and Sandra Heid; grandchildren, Jeffery Tulley, Ryan (Megan) and Matthew Heid; great-grandson, Ryan Robert "Robbie" Heid; nieces and nephews; friends at United Church of Christ in Webster. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster, where her Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 PM Interment at the convenience of the family at White Haven Memorial Park.
