Mann, Richard E. Penfield: Fri., Nov. 14, 2014, age 77. He leaves his wife, Elaine; 4 children, April Mann (Mark Parsons), Shawn Mann, Monica (Daniel) Hall and Jennifer (Douglas) Bray; grandchildren, David, Trevor, Nikolas, Brookelyn and Douglas, Jr.; former wife, Mary Wiemer. Richard retired from Lawyers Coop/West Group after more than 40 years of service. His passion was photography and was always looking for a better picture. Friends may call 1-4 PM Sat. at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster, where his Funeral Service will follow at 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Lollypop Farm or American Heart Assoc.
