Webster: Passed peacefully in his sleep, Wed., March 19, 2014 at the age of 91. He leaves his loving wife of 64 years, Alta M.; children, Debi (Scott) Clair and Edgar "Scott" (Fidelia) Harter; grandchildren, Ryan (Alyson) and Shaun Clair, Aldo, Beth and David Argaman; great-grandchildren, Carter and Tyler Clair. A sergeant in the US Army Air Corps during WWII, Edgar was a graduate of Penn State University, and later continued his education at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a MS in Electrical Engineering. He had worked at Honeywell, Corning Glass and retired from Eastman Kodak Co. as a Professional Engineer. Edgar was an avid golfer and an award winning duck decoy carver. Friends are invited to his Memorial Service 3:00 PM Sat., March 22 at Webster Presbyterian Church, 550 Webster Rd., Webster. Interment at the convenience of the family in PA.
