Webster: Friday, April 10, 2026, age 55. Predeceased by his step-mother, Patti Santillo. He leaves his parents, Raymond (Debbie) Kennedy and Kirby Santillo; brother, Joe Kennedy; sister, Heather Vandermark; daughter of his heart, Kylee Hayes and her mom, Danielle; step-sisters, Hillary (Jeff) Thomas and Sarah (Ed) Measheaw; step-brothers, Jason (Mary) and Adam (Nicole) Pallister; uncles, Roy Malone and Roger (Pam) Gallant; aunt, Valerie Goodness; nieces and nephews, including Cheyenne (Tyrone Ellis) and Samantha Kennedy, Caitlyn Vandermark; grand-nieces and nephews, including Anthony and Jayce Smith.

     Jim proudly served in the US Army in Afghanistan, Haiti and Panama. 

     Friends may call 12 noon- 2 PM Saturday, April 18 at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster, where his Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 PM.
