October 8, 1967 – February 22, 2026

            Our loving son, brother, partner, and friend. A gentle spirit and loving soul who knew no strangers and spoke to all. Our memories are timeless of his simple ways of living and looking at life with a bounty of kindness and helpfulness given to anyone in need. Frank worked and played in Webster and loved where he lived. We remember him with a smile as he rode his electric trike from home to work each day or out just to have fun. We believe you now have eternal life and peace with our Lord and we will love you forever.

            Frank leaves his mom, Trish; brother, Andy; sister, Wendy and her husband, Peter; partner, Tiayanni; son, David; nephew, Callan J.; nieces, Breanna and Alexis; great-niece, Luna; and especially GG whom you were so close with.

            Please join us at Frank’s Celebration of Life Service at Legends Apartments, 830 Holt Road, Community Center at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 28.
