Webster:  Monday, February 23, 2026, age 71.  Predeceased by his parents, Jay and Jeanette Kulp;  brother, Bruce Kulp.  He leaves his wife of 47 years, Debora;  sons, Andrew (Lisa) and David (Ashley);  3 grandchildren, Jaycob, Dylan and Logan;  niece and nephews.

A long-time member of West Webster Fire Dept., Doug was a paramedic and EMT for both West Webster Fire Dept. and Xerox Corp.

Friends may call 2-5 PM Sunday, March 1 at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster, where his Memorial Service will follow at 5:00 PM.
