Debra Morgan Walbourn, 75, of Webster, NY, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Debra was born to Jess Charles Wilson Morgan and Carolyn Harding Dierst, who predeceased her. She was also predeceased by her sister, Pamela Morgan (Joyce Rowland).

She is lovingly survived by her daughters, Kelli Walbourn and Stacey Walbourn, who were the pride and joy of her life; her brother, Glenn Morgan (Myrna Morgan); her nephew, Jess Morgan (Emma Holland); her sister, Christina Goes (Luiz Goes); and her daughter, Janaina Borguetti (Andre Borguetti). She cherished her family deeply and found her greatest happiness in time spent together.

Debra’s roots in the community ran deep. She grew up, worked, built her life, and raised her family between Williamson and Webster, forming lifelong connections and friendships along the way.

A proud graduate of R.L. Thomas High School, Class of 1969, Debra dedicated 30 years of service to Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES. She was known for her steady strength, kind heart, and quiet dedication to those she worked with and loved.

Debra treasured the friendships she cultivated over the years. She was a devoted member of her book club for more than 20 years, where the lively discussions, laughter, and shared love of reading created bonds that meant a great deal to her. She valued staying connected with friends from many chapters of her life and was always grateful for the time, stories, and companionship they shared.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Webster Arboretum in July to honor and remember Debra’s life and the love she shared so generously.

Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit lives on in the family and friends who were blessed to know her.
