Marvin H. Williams, Jr. Obituary

           Webster:  Saturday, November 1, 2025, age 81.  He leaves his wife of 45 years, Patricia;  children, Jennifer Randolph, Rebecca Hughes, Michael (Amy) Williams and Susan (Greg) Depelteau;  7 grandchildren, Josh (Peyton), Taylor and Hailey Randolph, Nick (Celines) and Garret Hughes, Jack and Liam Williams;  great-grandson, Jose Hughes;  siblings, Barb Rawlings and Paul Williams;  nieces and nephews, brother-in-law, Joseph Aschenbrenner.  Predeceased by brother, David.


            A retiree of Xerox after 35 years of service, Marvin was a man of many interests and skills.  He enjoyed building model airplanes and boats (which he also raced), woodcarving (most notably, his award winning woodpecker) and painting.  He restored a prize-winning antique car and as a child, learned many circus acrobatics, including walking on his hands, which he was able to do well into his adulthood   As part of his job with Xerox, he was responsible for the lighted Christmas tree pattern and messages on the Xerox Square in Rochester.


            Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Monday, November 10 at Holy Spirit Church, 1355 Hatch Rd., Webster.  Memorials may be directed to Honor Flight, Rochester, or any veterans’ organization of your choice.
