October 24, 1957 - October 6, 2025

     Nelson Febles, loving husband and cherished Papa, entered into the loving arms of Jesus on Monday, October 6, 2025 at the age of 67. He is predeceased by his parents Carmen and Ramiro, and his siblings Ramiro Ivan and Jeannette. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, DeLinda; children, Christopher, Matthew, Cathleen, and Crystal; grandchildren, Amada, Joshua, Angelica, Izabella, Pharaoh, Rowan, Amber Rose, and River; brother William; sisters Mency and Sonia; and numerous other relatives and friends.

     Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, he was diagnosed with polio at the age of three. He initially attended the University of Puerto Rico, where he met his future wife. After relocating to New York City, he completed his studies at Bronx Community College, earning an associate’s degree in electronic technology. Throughout his studies, he continued to support his immediate family.

     He began his career in 1981 at Eastman Kodak in Rochester, New York, quickly becoming a first-time homeowner. Over the next several decades, he bought and personally remodeled several homes throughout the Rochester area, as his family continued to grow. He was blessed with four children, eight grandchildren, and a self-described “good life,” passing away in peace with his beloved wife at his side.

     Family and friends may call 5-7pm Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, and a Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, both at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster.
