I am so sorry to hear of Terry's passing. He was a kind and caring person and I was fortunate enough to work with him at Xerox. Whenever I saw him around town he always stopped to talk and catch up. So sorry for your loss. Mary Fischer

So sorry to read about Terry, met him about 10 years ago and drove him to a few Doctor appointments(WSPS). He was so friendly and vibrant even though he had some real issues. You felt uplifted after talking with him, He once told me that if he ever gets more of his sight back and can drive that he would become a volunteer driver. It was a real pleasure knowing Terry and the positive attitude that he brought to all down at the Webster Rec Center.

I used to be the former president of the Ukrainian Cultural Center on Jackson Road. One day I spotted a stranger walking about the property wearing a bright high visibility construction jacket. Thinking it was a county official I made contact with him. He introduced himself as Terry Lally, he was simply walking through. That is when I came to know the nicest and kindest person I ever met. He eventually attended our fish fries and Thursday pub nights with his friends and even offered to be a member. While driving to the club I often spotted him walking down Jackson rd. and no matter how many times I offered him a ride to wherever he was going, he kindly declined and with a smile said he preferred to walk, it was good for his health. I am sad to hear he has passed, he had a kind heart and always managed a contagious smile. . Walter Wirlo
