He leaves his wife of 37 years, Vicky; three children, Shannon (Quentin) Smith, Taylor Polk, and Ryan Polk; grand-daughter Rosalie; mother Sonja (Bill) Zacharias; brothers and sisters Jody (Todd) Polk, Jan Mutzl, Carolyn (Dan) Hamilton, Greg (Becky) Goodheart, Cathy (Lloyd) Wrisley, Maribeth Goodheart, Bill (Jen) Zacharias Jr., Roxanne (Chris) Lutey, Ronda (Larry) Fetkenhier; nieces and nephews.
