Obituary of Richard M. Bobbe

Webster: Passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents, Elliott and Ruth Bobbe. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Alois Bobbe and were married on August 17, 1958; daughters, Beth (David) Malone and Laura (Patrick Prahler) Capitano; son, Elliott Bobbe; grandchildren, Heather (Joe Capezzuto) Malone, Joe (Heidi Brown) Capitano, Brandon (Amber Crowley) Capitano, Samantha Bobbe, and Brieanna (Derek) Hitesman; great grandchildren, Jacob and Juliana Malone; sister, Anne (John) Steele; brother, Kenneth (Danis) Bobbe; and several nieces and nephews. Richard was born in Chicago, IL. and was a graduate of RIT in photo sciences. He retired from Xerox after 35 years as an optical/systems engineer. Richard loved his family. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy, served as school board president for Rush Henrietta and was passionate about his photography and woodworking.
