Obituary of Robert Joseph Wing

Webster: Wed., Nov. 12, 2014 at age 88. He is survived by his loving wife Marie D'Aloise Wing; 6 sons, Robert lll, Thomas (Carol), Joseph (Renee), Peter (Kelly), Daniel (Theresa), and Timothy (Maureen); 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Sister Shirley Wing, Medical Missionary. Predeceased by sister, Mary E. Wing and daughter-in-law, Sally A. Wing. Bob was born in Geneva, NY and lived in Camillus, NY for 57 years. He was a communicant of Holy Family Parish, a Charter Member of the Nocturnal Adoration Society, a Eucharistic Minister and provided Pastoral Care to the homebound and residents of Van Dyne Hospital. Bob and Marie relocated to Cherry Ridge in Webster 3 years ago. Bob was a veteran of World War ll, serving in the US Navy. He was employed at Empire State Dental Lab, Netherland Dairy and retired from Bristol Myers Squibb in 1989. Bob was a Master Carpenter, skilled in cabinet-making and fine woodworking. He made beautiful pieces of furniture for his family and Holy Family Church. Friends may call 2-4 PM Sunday at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM Monday a Holy Trinity Church, 1460 Ridge Rd., Webster.
